Ive looked at this a few times and its all put on for the camera.....look at how the smaller boy in the black top positions himself behind the bigger boy....then he protects his tummy early and helps himself backwards.....no way that knocked him out... also note the tv has had a fake (smaller) back put on it and notice the unit that falls on the boy....falls from the end and top...tv side...when its over see the rope used to pull it....haha You wish you had that wallpaper dont you (-;
