I saw the movie and damn near screamed in frustration when they repeatedly mispronounced Aang's name... How can you NOT know how to pronounce it?! Didn't any of the people making this movie watch the show?? Even just one episode??

this was probably the worst movie i've seen in my 21 years. the ppl who made it obviously did not have full rights to the material seeming as how they fucked up even the simplest things, like everyones name. i have never been so let down and disappointed. this was a disgrace to the show. and M. This movie was so bad its not even funny, they got every death completely wrong the acting for zuko was terrible, so terrible its funny! the movie was so fast it was like 3 minutes, the casting was horrible and the 3D wasnt even 3D it was fucking 2D! it was like dragon ball evolution all over again man what a dissapointment! the cartoon its self is like a god and than being turned into dog shit with this film I'm sorry but if your deciding to go see this movie DO NOT its a load of cow pie.

Well, nobody ever put out that Goku was asian, he was an orphan from his planet remember? He could be anything really. His name is only given to him because Gohan his grandfather gave it to him. So technically Goku or Kakorot, could be white. But yes the movie did blow, because they didnt follow the story at all.

hmm..... I never watched the show, but I heard it was good. In my opinion, and other animators'... Anime is VERY lazy art. The designs are stunning, but the animation is poor. Here is where I'm coming from: The reasons they always show the backs, sides, or go across the eyes... Is because they don't want to animate the lips. Oh well, I might see this movie.
