@oldannyboy37 It's working out great, I've had it for nine years and so far no problems. I shoot it all the time, I let my friends shoot it and anyone else I meet at the shooting range. Some people are scared to try, but most people like it. There was a lady from church who shot it and it was her favorite gun of the day.
the 454 casul is the only black gun that taurus makes am i right? the only ones ive seen close is the 44 mag in blue, do they have black 44 mags by any chance?
@Miguelsr1rst I haven't seen any other gun in black stainless yet, mine was only made for one year. I saw a used one at a pawn shop in Alaska several years ago, but that's about it. In fact, when I bought mine at a small shop in South Carolina, the guy sold it to me for less than the blued one's in other shops, because he didn't know what he had.
so could you put all 5 of the diffrent round in one gun? like one of each in each chamber. then you could select a diffrent round for a diffrent purpose like judge dread. double whammy
@koobsw The 500 might have more power than the 454 and 460, but its not good for long range. The 460 is flatter at long distance and can also shoot the 454, and 45 colt. I've shot a 500 snub nose, not as much kick as my longer barreled 454, but a lot more noise and flames.
@TimHemi hey i have 357 mag from rossi i got it i think 1997 i was told they dont make them anymore its a blue 4inch 6 shooter and is in almost brand new condition.what do you think on those?are they ok are they worth some money or not?its been good to me has never failed.what do you think of rossi
@rocksock00444 Yes, Taurus has a new revolver coming out, the Raging Judge. It shoots 454, 45 colt, and 410 shotgun shells. There's also a new Judge rifle revolver, i don't remember the name.
@SHANKEM Have you shot it yet? Its a great gun to take to the range, I always get comments on mine. I always offer people to shoot it, some are too intimidated.
I see your a fan of Taurus . Have you ever got any problems with them? Also I have my heart set on a raging bull, why did you choose the 6in over the 8in. I hear from allot of people the 8 is just a little to much. Do you agree with this?
Hey Tim, Ive also got my sights on the new Raging Judge Magnum. Do you or ANYONE have any idea when it will be available for purchase? Im dying to know... if you know, please tell me lol.. Greatly appreciated. Nice Video by the way!
@derisanem are you asking about bullets with pointed tips? The first one that comes to mind is the .17 HMR. Several manufacturers produce these, Taurus, S&W,Ruger, and North American Arms to name a few.
he reminds me of the lady who takes like 7 hours to cook a turkey on telivision lol. he all picks up his gun for no reason and then puts it down and acts like its a book lol. he must REALLY like guns! to bad we can't shoot the fuck out of who ever we want. : (
Yeah, wait til that raging bull locks up on you and turns itself into an $800.00 brick. Never bet your life on a Taurus. Trade it in foe a Ruger. Also try the .45+p magnum round from Cor-bon in any revovler chambered in .454, you'll never go back.
I've had my raging bull for 7 years and have never had a problem. Between my friends, myself, and anyone who wanted to shoot it, there have been boxes and boxes of ammo put through this gun. If there ever was a problem, Taurus would fix it for free. They have a lifetime warranty on all their guns no matter who originally purchased them. I got an abused PT-22 from a friend who owed me money, Taurus replaced 5 parts and put on new grips free of charge.I also like my Ruger 44.
I think taurus makes good revolvers and 1911s but the rest of thier pistols like the Millenium Pro(which i personally shot and hated ) have a bad reputation. Nice collection man
man those ultralites are beasts!!! their weight doesn't compensate for recoil, have you shot your ultralite 44mag? if yes, how did that feel? must kick stronger than a mule
Yes, the 44 ultralites recoil is harsh. Its worse than my 454 casull. I traded the ultralite at a gun show for a Ruger Super Redhawk 44mag with a scope. It weights over four pounds and has low recoil.
could i borrow your Taurus 454 raging bull and FNH 5.7, i promise ill give them back : )

@mrpuddlemrpuddle Yes, I think the 6in is just right, the perfect balance. I've shot longer barreled revolvers and they felt awkward to me.
