Why does it not seem to be affecting the cars? If it affects trucks, and other machines, shouldn't it affect the cars too? How is it Curtis' car was immune to this thing?

@EvilSpoofAuthor My guess would be the cars wouldn't have a hard effect as the trucks & other machines that can kill. sure you could hit someone in the car. but in the semi hits you. your dead. Also if they let them drive the cars,the semi can easily kill them by smashing the cars.

It does show some dead people with their heads hanging out car windows. It seems to me like kind of a plot hole that Curtis' car didn't seem to have any trouble.

@EvilSpoofAuthor True,but look at this small town they live in. It's not that many cars. You remember the part were all those semi's needed gas? and they were all lined up down the road. The green goblin semi radio them in. they can communicate with other semi's. In the car they can't communicate with each other would be my finally guess. Just like in the diner, not every single elecrticy thing was able to harm them,only big stuff,like when they lady cut her arm.

@EvilSpoofAuthor I guessed it was because his car liked him. Most of the vehicles and machines that went crazy where work vehicles, or tools used by humans without much thought. Semi's are pushed hard, cars are often loveingly cared for. Walkmen's are tossed around in bags and stuff, the toy that killed that dog was chewed on [Im sure] cashed and probably left in the yard to rot alot.
