US contribution in Iraq rebuild was to preserve and restore its oil abilities. What is nowadays the rate between the money they spent for oil (tell us Dick C.) and the money they spent for drinkable water, hospitals, schools ? Restore piss and low in Iraq. Why didn't US attack North Korea ? Too close too China and former USSR, and no oil under their feet.

No. First was the USSR and France who supported Iraq. Secondly, who killed who in Iraq ? It is Ben Laden and his buddies who kills civilian Iraqis and the international coalition who are there to fight terror. But nobody in Iraq has nostalgia for their former despot when an average of 50,000 people died each year from Saddam's campaigns of genocide, ethnic cleansing and political murder.
