A bit disappointed in the promotion of christmas, since it's a very direct indirect promotion of Christianity. This is StarCraft, leave religion out of this. I put up early armories, for early upgrades :) Usually starting with massing marines and getting some marauder's in the mix.... 2 medivacs and my first rush... half the time it ends the game.

@T0pel when you play in a league, the mechanics choose opponents for you in your range. you will be playing in that range for a while, then they will start matching you against people in higher divisions, and if you lose against them, you will be put with them. so basically, you have to win and lose to go up.
HD - if you can't take air, and you're contained, build dropships and harass his economy. It is one of the only ways to bust out of that type of contain. You HAVE to slow them down. I also agree with the secret expand.
@tehgosu21 It can be hard to wall off against ranged units because often they can just sit back and attack the wall-off without fear of retaliation. Also on this map, the ramp is too wide to wall off easily.
you hide tech, late game when streams of units come down the ramp they are not hindered and basically when tanx siege at your front door they dont shoot at anything. And it's no use unless against zerg.
4) anytime you are being out-macroed you should ditch force-for-force strategies. you just can't mass tank against mass tank, etc. you need to try other units combos.
sadly, battlecruisers or thors would be too expensive in effective numbers. marines/helions/reapers are mostly useless against mass tanks.
marauders require good positioning, which you didn't really have.
banshees and medivacs are useless due to his viks.
really, RAVENS/hidden GHOSTS/FAST TANKS (as in not sieged)/MARUADERS.
2) you tried to establish an artillery line inside the already deployed opponent's artillery range. that is suicide. (and i was in an artillery corps for 3 years...).
a much better option is to fast attack with most of your tanks while keeping a few sieged behind. combining this push with just a few raven turrets or a single well placed nuclear missile will be devastating.
3) his vikings kept creeping up on you. why not place a forward missile turret just outside of his cannons range?
hey HD. i'm not a great player, but i allow me to suggest a few things:
1) if your opp outnumbers you heavily in one unit, why are you trying to match him? at best you'll only whittle down some of his forces, but with a small push he can totally obliterate you. you really should try doing dome creative thinking. how about RAVEN? they are so awesome with mass turrets(also great against the tanks!!) and a HS can do very well against his bunched up vikings.
Took like 3 minutes for you to change your damned rally point that was out in front of your entire army, and in range of the siege tanks. O_o that was really hard to watch... lol
@LauchEleven He does not cast while playing the game. He just records the game while playing, so it is seen from his first person view, and then casts it afterwards.
@iHaiZeni I dunno about others but for me it helps to get my fingers/hands into the game and warmed up and ready to perform at a fast/accurate level? Also gets your mind focused into the game and shit I find that sometimes if you don't spam and you have to wait for scvs to build or whatever your mind might start to wander off and shit. Mostly its just personal preference though.
HD, how about some videos about how to NOT play SC? Something with a 'what was my opponent thinking?' moment. Might be educational and entertaining. Since you're working your way up the ladder you should have at least one of these.
@frozenimran wont work because tanks outrange and out damage marauders, and dont cost too much more (50 min, 100 gas more), so its not like you can economically support TOO many more.
press D, left click on overlord to drop banes while moving. harder for scv`s to runaway. and never again talk sh*t about hydras. those are uber powerful VS toss.
....HD...maybe if u did not let these enemies siege tank kill all your guys you rallied in the enemy siege tanks range ( i was almost crying to see these marines blow up all game long...) maybe you'd have more

@T0pel when you play in a league, the mechanics choose opponents for you in your range. you will be playing in that range for a while, then they will start matching you against people in higher divisions, and if you lose against them, you will be put with them. so basically, you have to win and lose to go up.

HD - if you can't take air, and you're contained, build dropships and harass his economy. It is one of the only ways to bust out of that type of contain. You HAVE to slow them down. I also agree with the secret expand.

@tehgosu21 It can be hard to wall off against ranged units because often they can just sit back and attack the wall-off without fear of retaliation. Also on this map, the ramp is too wide to wall off easily.

you hide tech, late game when streams of units come down the ramp they are not hindered and basically when tanx siege at your front door they dont shoot at anything. And it's no use unless against zerg.

4) anytime you are being out-macroed you should ditch force-for-force strategies. you just can't mass tank against mass tank, etc. you need to try other units combos.
sadly, battlecruisers or thors would be too expensive in effective numbers. marines/helions/reapers are mostly useless against mass tanks.
marauders require good positioning, which you didn't really have.
banshees and medivacs are useless due to his viks.
really, RAVENS/hidden GHOSTS/FAST TANKS (as in not sieged)/MARUADERS.

2) you tried to establish an artillery line inside the already deployed opponent's artillery range. that is suicide. (and i was in an artillery corps for 3 years...).
a much better option is to fast attack with most of your tanks while keeping a few sieged behind. combining this push with just a few raven turrets or a single well placed nuclear missile will be devastating.
3) his vikings kept creeping up on you. why not place a forward missile turret just outside of his cannons range?

hey HD. i'm not a great player, but i allow me to suggest a few things:
1) if your opp outnumbers you heavily in one unit, why are you trying to match him? at best you'll only whittle down some of his forces, but with a small push he can totally obliterate you. you really should try doing dome creative thinking. how about RAVEN? they are so awesome with mass turrets(also great against the tanks!!) and a HS can do very well against his bunched up vikings.
another choice is cloaked GHOST.

@LauchEleven He does not cast while playing the game. He just records the game while playing, so it is seen from his first person view, and then casts it afterwards.

@iHaiZeni I dunno about others but for me it helps to get my fingers/hands into the game and warmed up and ready to perform at a fast/accurate level? Also gets your mind focused into the game and shit I find that sometimes if you don't spam and you have to wait for scvs to build or whatever your mind might start to wander off and shit. Mostly its just personal preference though.

A few tips:
You can use Thors to supress the opponent's Vikings.
Never charge into Tanks.
You can charge into Tank.

@frozenimran wont work because tanks outrange and out damage marauders, and dont cost too much more (50 min, 100 gas more), so its not like you can economically support TOO many more.
