he has a very good voice..... i wish the amp was mics as well... good demo i just bought one of these units tonight and planning on running it with a art prochannel front end then out the stereo outs into an Art dps and out those stereo outs into a crown 602 into a celestion 4x12 which is wired stereo... i hope for the best it will be here friday in the mail and it will be loud for sure
hey guys this vid was done a year ago...in the dark ages by todays standards, i have apologised a zillion times for the dreadful sound but nearly 39000 people have watched it and enjoyed it for what it is, hope you get some use from it too, cheers mike dj
Ok I just got a Bass V Amp pro. I need some one to tell me how to get rid of the hiss. I have tried it in anouber of amps and heads I even took it back and got a new one. It even hisses when it is turned off.. Any ideas before I send this baby back...
Aah good suggestion patman, let see if anybody does it :-)) i am rubbish on guitar but absolutley useless on bass lol cheers mate...Happy Christmas! mike dj x
They may sound below the qualitie of the roland pedals but they're aimed for price, and the value. First thing before comparing the sound between a Behringer V-amp 2 and a Line6 POD compare the PRICE.. anyway, they both rock, peace and sound!
To be honest...buy a Marshall JVM410! Behringer is good and cheap for practise at home when you don't want to upset the neighbours :-) but a Marshall JVM410 is the really thing!
hey blake, 3 fines bro...wow? here in uk we have to pay to rehearse in rehearsal rooms, homes mostly are attached with a common thin brick wall so cranking it ain't an option :-) if you vart the neigbours can hear it! best mike dj x
Every chord and every note on the instrument raises an emotion for me & should for you too, minor chords are sad, major chords are upright and steadfast, sevenths are about changing direction, augmented are just wierdos, diminished chords send a chill up my spine and major 7ths are a breath of fresh air! If you can feel the emotion in the chord, you are there my brother! all the best, mike dj x
it is embarrasing i know lora and i am sorry - this was my first attempt & i cocked up the sound big time...i have better mics now so hopefully i'll get my ducks in a row for the next one :-)
hey giovanni, i don't remember much about that night except we got seriously wasted :-)) Cave Rock was blast for all of us, hard work but what a gig! i have good memories of those days in SA! Great to hear from you - my email addy is on the contact page of the GuitaristTV website mike dj x
hi lorezini,i know mate it is awful sorry...it was early days and i had a el'cheapo mic which has since been upgraded :-) thanks for your interest bro, cheers mike dj x
i used amplitube 2.1 througha m audio 2496 and m-audio bx8 monitors i use the steathplug from ik multimedia and i find amplitube 2 is more better than v amp pro..more cabs more effects and well layed out..anyone thinking of getting v amp 2 pro check amplitube 2.1 first is cheaper and the sounds and stomps are exc.
i used the v amp pro and to tell you the truth it was not to great ,,so now i use amplitube 2.1 through a m-audio 2496 and pair of m-audio bx8 monitors and stealthplug from ik multimedia.. and beleive me.. amplitube 2.1 is exc..i have the crack one works great with no problems saves me £200 but well worth buying ..if you buy the stealthplug you get amplitube 2.1 live and lots of loops..you should check out amplitube 2.1 its exc.
That was really nice playing. I have the V-amp effect to:D and I am hoping to buy a Fender strat next summer:) I enjoyed watching this very much thank you:)
hi Bjarni, you are very welcome bud & that was very nice of you, thank you! mine is 26 years old and as my only guitar for a long time it has been gigged a hell of a lot and yet after all that hammering...it aint lost an ounce of its magic :-)) look forward to seeing your new strat in the summer matey :-) cheers

Forget that.
Proper Mic emulation/ preamps etc are still VERY expensive to do properly.
That said, if anyone could do one for cheap, its Behringer. My Bass V-amp Pro is staying with me forever, its that useful.

Why is the fender brand blurred out on the guitar. Are they to embarrassed to be associated with Behringer
destroyer1of1senses 4 years ago
At seems like behringer are always a notch below the products they try to immitate mainly line 6 and boss
destroyer1of1senses 4 years ago
The Vamp pro and Vamp2 are extremely underrated products. I always thought they sounded better then the PODS.

I'm The guy who don't drink and fed you and CJ so much tequila the one night..... Sure hope you remember.
Don't remember where you ended up But CJ was unconscious under his car.
