@indyj1698 Yeah, Piston Honda is the Minor Champ, how did he get to the World Circuit? Don is bottom of the Major Circuit, how does he get so high up the World Circuit? Bald Bull is understandable, Mac could have rested a few days before going into the World Circuit, but Bald Bull just went in and beat everyone as fast as possible.

Too many questions. The reason why we make it so easy is because we practice in discovering weak spots on certain characters. Sandman is a perfect example due to me using the nightmare.

Help please. I follow the instructions exactly, but he always does something different than what he should. Can someone give me some tips or something cause I don't know what I may or may not be doing wrong. It's either I'm literally one punch away from knocking him down the first time before he starts the Triple uppercut, or after I somehow knock him down by adding an extra punch to the gut, instead of all of them being 1+1, he gets up, and continues to throw hooks instead of stopping at two.

I beat Mr. Sandman for the first time yesterday, with a Round 3 TKO. I tried again and got a Round 2 TKO. Now to work on getting him in Round 1.

It not only takes a lot of practice but a lot of memorization with his patterns not to mention the reliance of the Nightmare which is a term meaning the method necessary to take down Mr. Sandman.

I had been relying on the "quick dodge to the left, once to the face and three body blows" to get him and opening up on him after dodging his uppercuts. The quick jab to force Sandman to punch is relatively new to me, though.

I've been playing the virtual console version on the Wii lately. Is it me, or is the emulation off abit? I can never dodge Mr. Sandman's finisher the way I used to.

Same here. The virtual console version just seems so much harder than others. I doubt they would make it more challening on purpose, so I can only assume it something with the Wii remote being wireless, adding a couple extra milliseconds or some such, which actually matters in this game.

18 years ago i was the champ 14-0 a few months ago i bought the remake of the NES & bought punch out& few other games It took me awhile but i'm the champ again! mr sandman he's still hard as hell, the rest easy. Tyson easy most of the time. Beat tyson today in second round.
