@pvtjamesryan3 There was a five day gap between the time John got aboard the Forerunner Keyship and it entering Sol System.  It entered Sol System around Jupiter. The Keyship floated from Jupiter to Earth in nine days. (It wasn't at superluminal speeds) John jumped from the Keyship, down to Earth as the Keyship prepared it's decent onto the portal. To be frank, there was a two week gap between John leaving High Charity at the end of Halo 2 and his "Finishing this fight" quote.

WOW i just figured out something, when johnson said we got enough to worry about without u 2 trying to kill each other, arbiter said "were it so easy" his first words in halo 3, at about 3:20

and at the end of the game when admiral stanforth said "i cant believe hes gone" arbiter says "were it so easy" again, his last words in halo 3

this is a 100% honest comment. Can some1 plz tell me what is so good about Halo, is it the action, the story, the teamwork? Because to me, halo seems like an old First person shooter with the only options of Shoot, Melee, Jump, throw grenade, get in vehicle, and turn on flashlight and stuff like that. If u wanna see a game that goes outside the normal boundaries of FPS, look up MGO2

Of course it's like other shooters, but it's different. It developed a great story line, and it really is a game that brings the community together. Halo isn't all about the story but it's just a game where you can play with others. When I play one on one in other shooters it just gets boring. I can play one on one with someone in Halo and it would be a blast. It has something to it that really brings gamers together, along with the great environment it created, it has its own "halo" universe.
