  • @Master22RC they do but you need an adapter for your tx

  • Awesome...

  • God forbid you might actually have to build an airplane! The Focke Wulf was made in China....

  • Well I am glad you had luck with yours. I am stuck with it. It came with a broken spinner hub, a warped stab, and the tip of the WELL hinged aileron is about 1/4 of an inch higher than the rest of the wing. This is the 3rd plane from flyzone that was screwed from the box. mt nitroplanes look and fly a whole lot better than flyzones. Great video Joe!

  • If this came in like a BNF I would get it. :(

  • this looks exactly the same as the st models fw-190 ?

  • Great video ...makes me want to go out and get a Focke Wolfe...Wife said no more hobbies...hmmm..what to do...what to do...?

  • hello I bought a Focke Wulf 190,and have a sprecktrun dx6i I wonder where I turn the flaps place where the receiver?which channel it came with the flaps attached to the undercarriage

  • @angeladavid100 You would use the flap switch on your controller.

  • Good thinking when this baby was developed

  • Also the UK version has an upgraded brushless motor (no specs given) and an uprated 36A esc.

  • @chiosex branded ST models

  • The UK version is arf only, your own tx, rx & battery req. I built it today, very easy build, but I did have 2 problems. The spinner bolt was too short & one of the pivots for the flaps was detached from the inside of the wing so one flap did not work. I was able to glue it in, it was tricky! I ran CA down a screwdriver then used a dinner knife to push the plate back into place while glue set. Very happy overall. The battery bay is not the largest, I will get a 2100 mah square/compact to fit.

  • Thanks for the review, that was a good look at the model. Also, if you don't mind a suggestions for your landings - try holding a little more throttle as you approach while mostly leaving the elevator neutral. That might help help you get those birds down. Take care.

  • how is it compared to the parkzone planes? i have a parkzone wildcat and micro corsair plus a flyzone sensie. the sensie has a bad esc right now (or motor) like them all but am a little partial to parkzone. really like their quality and design. your thoughts?

  • @jbooh88 It's a good plane and the price is even better considering you get flaps and retractable landing gear also.

  • @jbooh88 Honestly, I like PKZ stuff way better. The landing gear on this thing will break if not EXTREMELY careful when landing! Also, the flaps don't always line up. Get it without any internals and add some Horizon stuff in there. ;) I feel Flyzone will be making Nitroplane or hobby king quality stuff now. :(

  • Great looking plane. Great video.

  • @stevetinyhallman Thanks Steve.

  • Wow, that looks like a great plane that handles well, great flying and great video as well, i enjoyed that! :)

  • @ramis182 Thanks for watching and the comment.

  • I've been waiting for you to finally review this model! Great video as always and love the plane.. Maybe for Xmas the wife will get me one

  • @MrPopeofmaspeth Sounds like a plan to me. Thanks for watching.

  • Hello! FW190, getting this guy :)

  • @Ispintechno1 Thats good news. Be sure to get a video so we can see it. Thanks for watching.

  • I love Candy's comments...

And the plane looks solid to me. Might as well get one for Christmas! ;-)

  • @tasmandevil0811 Sounds like a plan to me. Thanks for watching.

  • That's a sweet plane.

  • @iwatson14 It sure is. Thanks for watching.

  • Candy is so funny. Eric, did you try the slower rate on the radio. I am a beginner with a year of flying the Champ and the Vapor. Because I haven't used ailerons I think this plane might be to much for me and I thinking about a trainer like a PT 19 or Trojan T 28.

  • @raykiii I would suggest a high wing trainer with ailerons first like the Sensei. This would be the next step after that.

  • Great vid, excellent review, looks like it flies really nice. I don't particularly like the paint scheme & the rudder and elevator look a bit too big. I may buy one but not till the price comes down a fair bit and it's offered at a decent plug n fly price!

  • @chiosex It's sold in a RxR version also. The price to me is already pretty good considering you are getting flaps and retractable landing gear pre-installed.

  • @joehandsome99 looking at it again the price is pretty good for the rtf. Great review again.

  • nice flying Eric. this video really showed off your skills. it's great that your wife tells us the real story behind how many takes were required to get the landing right (bloopers in the end).

  • @wildhover I'm saying 5. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. :)

  • Wow! Great review!l

  • @fireblade4727 Thanks for watching and the comment.

  • what was ur 1 plane

  • @hamsterwing It was a high wing trainer. I bought it through a mail order catalog from Tower Hobbies back in the 80's. There was no internet back then.

  • @flymrc Thank you very much!

  • Your reviews are the best! Was that test flight in the high rates?

  • @wpockl Most of the time I was using high rates. If it wasn't as windy on the maiden I would have been able to use the low rates more than I did, but it's about that time of year around here with the wind. Thanks for watching.

  • Great review. I've had my eye on this plane for a while and the more video I see the more I like it. Your solid endorsement cinches it. I'm sold. I thought the paint scheme on it wasn't the best looking I've seen, but it didn't look too bad on your bench. Between my son and I, for foamies we have the PZ F4F, P-51 and BF-109. This will be a nice addition to the hangar.

  • @msp1865 I'm enjoying it so far. The flaps help slow it way down and I can almost walk it around the field. Let me know how you like it and thanks for watching.

  • Awesome. I've been tempted to pick this up as my first non-UM plane for a few weeks now and was hoping you'd review it soon. This totally sold me.

  • @tendonut That's great news. Let me know how you like it. Thanks for watching.

  • Great review Eric but it's a shame the pilot ejected at the end there when he thought he was going to hit your head ;-) i've been thinking about getting this FW-190 for a little while now but i was hoping PZ might update there old one like they have with there other warbirds,i'll give them until after Xmas then all bets off and then one just might make it to my hanger, thanks for sharing mate and thumbs up.

  • @startazz The RxR version is still a good deal considering the flaps and retracts are already installed and the plane is still cheaper than a comparable competitor's model. I'm having a good time with it so far.

  • Great review as always. So glad you dumped the "clear for take off" sound clip, that was always the worst part.... Jmho. Nice flying as always!

  • @Diesel6401 Hmmm... I liked that part too. :( Oh well, it's always nice to change it up a little. Thanks for watching and the comment. I appreciate the feedback too!

  • @joehandsome99

Keep up the awesome reviews, Your a hell of a pilot!

  • Excellent, and great review as always Eric. It looks like they made the tail a little bigger than the parkzone version and probably makes it fly better huh?

  • @apodacainc I haven't flown the parkzone version, but I can say that this one was easy to fly.

  • :)

  • @youtwoba Thanks Tom!

  • sorry cant spell it is buy

  • gr8 vid you should by and review the new umx beast 3d with as3x

  • @minileafe Will take a look at it soon. Thanks for watching.

  • Thanks Eric. I just bought two of those stands. Your videos are great.

  • @Ray69camaro I've been considering getting a second stand also. They come in real handy. Thanks for watching and the comment.

  • Airplane stands are at robart web site.

  • Is cool.

    :^D

  • @nishbrown Thanks!

  • The FW 190 struck fear in many of hearts back in it's day. Awesome plane. Love the rc version Eric. I like all the WW2 area RC's!

    Thumbs up my Friend!!~John

  • @WORRO01 Thanks for watching. Seen anything interesting in the mail lately?

  • @joehandsome99 Hey buddy! NO matter of fact I need to go check my mail. It's been 2 weeks or so lol.. I'll hit it monday. God bless you Eric.

  • nice review also a quick takeoff nice flying great camera works

  • @1970muis It was windy that day and it did help get it off the ground quick.

  • Noes that's what I call a review

  • @dansterwerecool Thank you for the compliment.

  • Awesome review, nice plane, always love the bloopers at the end ;-)

  • @Skydive4ever Thanks for watching and the comment. The bloopers are always fun.

  • ww2 nice! I like!

  • @rcpro548 Thank you

  • it looks nice

  • @airbusa380andsas Thanks

  • Great review. One question: where do you got the plane stand from? :-) Looks stackable for multiple planes...

  • @Locoracers the plane stand is made by Robart. You can pick them up from Tower Hobbies also for around $15. I find it very useful when working on a plane.

  • 7 lol

  • @bigmanseer1 5 :)

  • outtakes hilarious as always!

  • @Mikeresp Seems like we always end up with a few bloopers!

  • great video as always! makes me want to buy one!

  • @gouki74 Thanks for watching!

  • Meow

  • I'm not a huge fan of Flyzone products, but this is a great looking airplane and the retracts look rock solid. Excellent review Eric as always!! I'll be checking this airplane out for sure.

  • @motorcopjoe It also comes in a RxR version if you already have a radio you want to use with it.

  • Nice! Great review as always. Good looking plane.

  • @mempey Thanks for watching and the comment.
