Iranians are yelling "Allahu Akbar" and throwing this phrase back to the Islamic Republics as a way to say shame on you! The 1979 revolution used this phrase Allahu Akbar too. I was in Iran and remember. By the way did you know that hisb'allah and hamus have a shortage of laundry detergent because they have to keep changing their underwear as they are scared that Islamic Republic support for terrorism will come to a halt very soon. :-)

I have been to Israel and loved it. I am a Persian and not a Muslim. Mussawi has become a vehicle of change but he comes from the same Islamic camp. If the people of Iran break this regime then Israel and the whole world will be much safer.

It is very strange to me why should ordinary iranians carry posters written in |English (Where is my vote) and show it to the cameras. I can hardly imagine a demonstration in London where posters would be wriiten in Farsi (or, say, French or German). Obviously these are pro-western students (hardly a majority in Iran) and looks like these posters had been printed in advance. There are too many identical posters. Isn't that fishy?

If they want to address the world which they obviously do they only really need to use two languages here for their own people and for outsiders. Every demonstration in the world does that.
