I've tried to disect the other tutorials on just this technique and come out with nothing... And those were much longer but without talking or text and blurry video... you cleared it up in just a few minutes, without time-lapse. Thumbs up!

I like this method of doing it. I saw another tutorial that said to just make the lines and then hit multiply mode, which doesnt look as good as this.

ok so i have been look for jean tutorials everywhere i have a problem about where and how i should do the side seams especially when matching them to make the texture for sculpty cuffs. There just isn't a tutorial so PLEASE PLEASE make more

This seems pretty helpful, I'll have to give it a try.. Perhaps you could do a tutorial on how to determine WHERE wrinkles should go, that in itself is a task I seem to struggle with a lot. .-.

change the mode on your overlay layer - maybe try multiply instead

Thanks for actually taking the time to explain how to do this. Most clothing tutorials in youtube are less like tutorials and more like sped up clips of "look what I can make". Finally! For once, I'm excited about wrinkles. haha.
