I don't think it's that suprising that Lemmy is in good health. Smokes are bad, but drinking isn't particularly, and he's anti-heroin and opiates, and he exercises like a motherfucker on tour, and releases stress doing what he loves and getting whatever tang shows up. What really pissed me off about this documentary is how they tried to make it sound bad that Motorhead have been playing since the 70's and never stopped. Playing smaller venues isn't a bad thing, it's fucking brilliant that they haven't gave up and tour all the time. You'lll never find a harder working band.
