It's disappointing that car makers spend a lot of energy coming up with new exterior colors. However, now days, interiors can only be had in one of three colors, black, grey, or beige. It seems like car makers are working hard at not making offensive interior colors rather than being creative.
Whatever happened to deep red, navy blue, fern green, coca brown, etc.?
Car makers have pretty well nailed it with their exterior pallets, now how about focusing on the interior pallets?
k i drive these cars all day every day and i can say with confidence that lexus= meh acura = slightly better alone with infinity.. cadillac is up there to but it all coms down to a bmw.. it doesnt get better than a bmer
I think the 2008 cts has one of the nicest looking interiors of all the mainstream luxury cars out there. They are on the right track to restoring the true meaning of the word Cadillac.
keep in mind this was the interior of the version at the International Auto Show. It wasn't the production version as the clock and the display was different. perhaps you should pay attention to details than ranting and raving about rice burners.
my friend has one you don't have to tell me how it looks and I drove it.what is it with some of you Americans and rice shit. I like many things in this car and I don't like some I don't have to always agree with u to make you feel good.the quality of the plastic on around speedometer is cheap but the car looks good overall there are some stuff here and there. would you call a GTR rice burner too because its better thank any American production car ever could make.I do like some American cars :)
and guess what my friend the rice burner you talk about make much better quality and reliable car than American car makers Japanese and Euro cars are better in luxury, quality and reliability but yes I do agree some Euro cars are mybe over priced. if America kept the quality with reliability good they would go up as they are trying to do now. this CTS was one of the first American cars that I liked however I do like the old muscle cars. but junk from 80's and 90 up to 2006 o man. now its time
Yeah you're really a genius. In your world rebadged Toyotas are the epitome of luxury. Cadillac has Heritage and Legacy. Lexus and Acura and Infinity were created in the early 90's to imitate American luxury.
legacy of what? Cadillac has a legacy of sticking chevy engines in their cars. Cadillac rolls out of a buick plant now. heritage was the fisher body plant making Cadillac interiors. Legacy- I'll give it that, just look at the crap they called the cimarron and catera. Cadillac lost their edge in the eighties.

Cadillac is the Microsoft of cars. This just looks like a detroit version of lexus and acura on the dash. I think I'll stick with Lexus on luxury.
