There's a picture at 1:17 where the guy in the business outfit is holding an umbrella and the rain is falling ONLY on him and nowhere else in the shot - Can anyone tell me where this picture is from?

Tina Turner is such a wonderful performer. Her voice for some reason always seems to convey strength. I love this song. It's raining in DC tonight. The way she interprets this song and the arrangements altogether: mesmerizing. Memorable.
