I'm gonna go out on a limb and say Kara (blind jumps) Galactica inside the the colony, thus ripping it apart and jumping near a blue world A.K.A. New Earth. Sam also said this poem in his tub: Spins and turns, angles and curves. The shape of dreams, half remembered. Slip this early bonds of Earth and touch the face of perfection. A perfect face, a perfect lace. Find a perfect world for the end of Kara Thrace. End of line.... She will lead them all to their end, meaning the world they end up on.

Maybe harbinger of death implies she will destroy Galactica? That Bill, Saul, and most of the crew will die, and the rest of the ships will find their way to New Earth after the colony is destroyed?

i think maybe kara has already become the harbinger of death in that her actions led to the alliance with the rebel cylons, in turn leading to the destruction of the hub and the end of downloading.
