  • I love watching this ads, lol i love watching the people get hurt xD

  • if i had a dollar for every pixel in this video i would owe $500

  • He's clearly a cyborg.

  • Hey this isnt porn.

  • Jim;s fucking sexy, even with a rod through his chest.

  • How exactly did he get his driver's license?

He backed up without looking back...

  • ZOMBIE!!!!

  • All i gather from these psa's is that all these things are completely safe. I mean, the victim seems fine, calmly explaining what happened. What's the big deal?

  • やばいだろ

  • This is our ad, to prevent accidents,

To make work safe, in Canada,

They fiiiiiiiinally killed him with a forklift, huzzah!

  • freddy vs jason, anyone?

  • This worker was already injured and ramrodded back to work on narcotics by workers compensation just so they could deny medical care and wage replacement benefits;

    The medications he was on, caused him to be intoxicated and dozy; It slowed his reactions, and when he went to step on the brake, he hit the gas by mistake;

    The video missed the co-worker who was KILLED from the falling metal;

  • Way to shift the blame, the ball bag.

  • @Illcomeatyou He wasn't shifting blame. The company and the supervisor are responsible for knowing the workplace safety codes.

When he said "the company knows it's against code to store that much weight up there" he means that the company should have not stored so much wieght up there. And the supervisor is responsible for reporting issues, ie that broken shelf.

  • I'd of made his ass clean up the mess, then fired him!!!

  • @sapher2020 Who would you make clean up the mess?

  • @Fira777 The forklift driver who wrecked the place!!

  • @sapher2020 But actually that would be dangerous and very illegal though please do remember.

  • he ain't got time to bleed.

  • would you do that for a klondike bar?

  • What he shud have done is let him call the damn ambulance n then complain after he lives, what a hindsight man commercial now??

  • Hey he looks fine. See he got right back up.

  • Ya i recognize this tactic..FROM THE EVANGELICAL BIBLE CHRISTIANS VIDEOS

    WARNING FOLKS ABOUT HELL

very real and effective way of delivering a critical important message.

  • holy crap he is meant 2 be dead not stand up it scared me

  • im scared

  • this is one stupid commercial

  • HAHAHAHHAHA dude i would shit fuckin rocks if a guy came up to him and started to talk about how much of a fuck up his boss was for not making things safe enough,

    wear a condum kids

  • I would probably give birth to a cow if I saw that dude just stand up, and I love hiw the dude is just like "Oh, its totally normal that a dude with a big metal beam through him just stood up to talk to me."

  • Or have forklifts with steel cabs so debris doesn't hit the driver :P

  • Huh, 911 works in Canada too. Didn't know that.

  • I love the guy's face at the end, he's like "Dude, what the hell? Am I high?!"

  • Stop complaining and get back to work!

  • This proves only one thing. The man in this commercial is clearly an immortal highlander.

  • @SuperBluehacker hahahahahaha

  • Dave Mathews-lookin mothafucka

  • Remember kids, accidents are where zombies come from.

  • Just a flesh wound dude, no sweat.

  • FINAL DESTINATION

  • wtf u idiotsWSIB errrrrrrrrrr he hit the shelf with a 3 ton ish flt

  • This is stupid he should of pay attention in the first place

  • that was awesome! a real ball-breaker!

  • He's okay! he's going to walk it off!

  • This reminds me of the diet Pepsi Max commercial.

  • He's really taking it like a man.

  • Quit your bitchin its only a scratch!

  • lololololololololololololol.

    mafia wars. level 13350

  • lol yea he took it very well

  • Jim took that very well

  • In Australia, we have upto 3 people a work die in work place accidents, and it's all unecessary and avoidable.

  • these people need to die so we can learn from comedy.

  • i wolud sue then die then give the money to my living relitevs lol

  • lmfao same here dawg. same here

  • too bad in canada you can't sue your employer for negligence in a workplace accident.

  • GET BACK TO WORK!

  • @chulk607

    That made me giggle.

But I always cringe whenever I see one of these. :|

  • the old guy musta been like fine fuck yu if it aint an accident im not gunna help

  • "This was no accident: Did you see how fucking hard I reversed into that shit? I'm an asshole. My fault."

  • lol

  • @idkmybffjv hillarious man

  • That is kind of why he says he should have been focused on what he was doing @idkmybffjv

  • @idkmybffjv bahahahah.

  • Can someone write down everything being said in this video? I am not a good English hearer.

  • Hey, Jim, you take care of that skid?

    Yeah.

Call 9-1-1! We got an accident here!

This was no accident. The company knows it's against code to store that much weight up there. I knew I should have been focused on what I was doing, but it's obvious the supervisors didn't report that broken shelf.

  • This is hilarious, I'm sorry.

  • He's obviously okay. Despite being impaled by multiple beams, he's still alive.

  • it seems the same everywhere in australia if a company is big enough they have the right to handle their own workcover cases i got pushed out of a job when i could'nt improve hours worked

  • I would totally shit a brick if that guy really just stood up with a beam through him and start talking about company safety.

  • @tegolin i would be scared if i saw some1 like tht man standing with a beam through him i would call for help

  • Well, I suppose he'd want to get his opinions on it out in case he doesn't survive @tegolin

  • great job jim

  • People are just stupid to go and do things their own way.

  • Lets face it people; Workers compensation boards all across Canada put out these commercials ( so why do they DENY injured workers diagnostic tests to diagnose the injury?) Because they are two-faced ! Early return to work means being sent back to work undiagnosed against your physicians wishes? Workers Comp would spend $100,000 to avoid diagnosing your injury properly if their is a chance you might have a permanent impairment; Canadian's deserve BETTER; Workers Compensation are LIARS;

  • CANADIAN WORKERS COMPENSATION CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT; The Canadian Injured Workers Coalition - is looking for INJURED + DISABLED WORKERS who have been returned to work against their physicians wishes on medications that have impaired their ability to work safe;

    To JOIN this class action lawsuit: You must have been returned to work against your physicians WARNINGS or RECOMMENDATIONS on medications for your work injury and suffered further injury do to DENIAL of your PHYSICIANS WARNINGS;

  • akisgift.. first of all you don't know what the hell your talking about... I'm a certified lift truck instructor and there is NO overhead guard (they aren't called rollcages) that will withstand a 6000lb drop from 60ft without SEVERE damage and injury to the operator. OSHA does not regulate what the overhead guard specifications are... they are identified and specified for each forklift by the manufacturer... and they are ALL DIFFERENT for each type of forklift... shut up dumbass

  • who the HELL are they trying to kid...(the sentence at the the end of this video states)""THERE REALLY ARE NO ACCIDENTS""" (you'd have to be a complete MORON to make this statement;)

    WHY ARE THERE EMERGENCY ROOMS:

EVERYDAY ON THE 401 OR ANY OTHER HIGHWAY THERE IS AN ACCIDENT; PREVENTABLE? SOMETIMES.

    THIS IS MEDICAL - INSURANCE PROPAGANDA DESIGNED TO MAKE EVERYONE THINK WSIB IS DOING A GOOD JOB;""""""""""NO ACCIDENTS"""""" Yea it was no accident workers compensation returned me to work injured;

  • You are a retard. It means that there is no such thing as an accident, because people make them happen due to ignorance or other things. It isn't saying that nobody is ever in an 'acciden', just that that term is misused.

  • Wow these ads really make you think. O_o

  • FIRST OF ALL, wtf.... most forklifts INDOOR WAREHOUSES have a rollcage that can withstand a 60 foot drop at 6000 lbs and still hold.... that forklift would be cut my osha FAST, unless it was outsite putting pallets of bricks in beds of trucks 10ft or less.....

but yyes,.... dumb ass drivers do not help lol

  • I am sure the company also knows, that they should have hired a better Diver.

  • Fuck yeah canadian ads!

  • theese adds are brutal

  • WSIB is ran by straight-faced liars whose numbers do nothing but obfuscate the real issue

  • Workers Comp is run by savage profiteers who couldn't care less about alleviating suffering. The only thing they care about are how many billions of dollars they

(ROB FROM SICK AND INJURED WORKERS EVERY YEAR!!)

  • creepy but effective.

  • do a blog search for ""STARVING INJURED WORKERS BACK TO WORK UNDIAGNOSED ON NARACOTIC MEDICATIONS THAT PUT EVERYONE'S LIFE IN DANGER'' you will find the way that WCB is placing CANADIANS lives in DANGER with their BAD FAITH insurance claim practices. It is NO MISUNDERSTANDING it is HOW workers compensation will KILL or MURDER innocent family's with their BLATANT assault on Canada's most vulnerable citizens. Injured and disabled workers, Canadians must be WARNED their lives are in DANGER.

  • Random all caps make you look like an idiot. Go away.

  • animation

  • are there poles going through his body?!

  • They are....

  • But this advert is really true.

  • Im sorry but as horrific as that was, I laughed my ass off at how fast he backed into that shelf, what an idiot rofl.

  • w w w . s a f e t y t e m p s . c o m

  • lolz

  • at 0:07 you can see his sliced off head roll across the floor off the screen

  • Hard hat.

  • its his hard hat not his head

  • sure looks like his head, you can see something in the hat

  • no i dont think so if its still on his head

  • thats the weird part../ looks 100% like his head still, and somehow it reattached lol

  • its his hat cause after that he isnt wearing his hat

  • i can see that, but his hat couldve got knocked off anyway, that just wasnt what the thing rolling across the screen was, just saying it looks like that

  • LOL

  • Ok, why isn't Jack Black yelling? He just got 'owned' by the shelf, if you know what I mean.

  • that was fuctarded

  • You know the ads suck when they make you want to side with the company. The driver was clearly retarded.

  • gets up and talks, oops, u just witnessed a miracle

  • why did he drive into the shelf?

  • it was still a fucking accident

  • gera reklama

  • i didn't know they even made forklifts without canopies.

  • I don't think they even do for safety reasons. This was a setup I think...

  • "This was no accident. The company knows that it's against code to store that much weight up there. I knew I should have been focused on what I was doing and it's obvious the supervisor didn't report that broken shelf."

How come I never saw this ad before?

  • lollll too fucking much

  • next time i get stabed in the chest with a steel rod, ill do the same thing lol

  • Another nice day at work! ;)

  • He did it for the lulz!

  • IT IS THE COMPANIES FAULT!

This commercial may be scary but it has a meaning that has a strong right of there is now accidents and we can prevent it from happening... i should know because i have visited WSIB Simco Univercity and went through some info cources to see what they do there. Although the commercials are repulsive but its the reality of many workplaces.. WE CAN PREVENT IT.

  • Yeah, by increasing more incompetent government bureacracies and relying on them to keep us safe instead of our common fucking sense...

People, you can prevent this shit by reporting problemsandbeing cautious... and if you can't do that, you're just fine helping out Darwin's theory of evolution :)

  • amen to that brother. but seriously, he was an asshole for driving into the shelf, plus, forklifts have canopies.

  • write a fuckin book whydoncah

  • That's right..............blame the company for your screw up.I think the message should be that people need to be more careful in what they are doing. That guy was driving the forklift like a jerk.

  • dumbass he said hes sorry cuz he wasnt focusing on what he was doing but the commerical is trying to say that its the companys fault and the workers fault as well..

  • help me understand why it is the company's fault.he was not focusing on the task, and was driving the fork too fast.

  • ... it says in the commercial that the company knows that u cant store that much weight so if it fell he wouldnt have been killed and the supervisors were supposed to report the broken shelf but they didint... got it??

  • so who is the company? isnt it all of the employees - both management and the hourly workforce the company?......and yes, i understand most of it. i just think that people need to take respondsibility for their actions...as far as the weight being too heavy, how many times did this "guy" and his work buddies see it and not say anything....management can't be everywhere.....and yes, i do realize it is a commercial...

  • well its both the companys, the employs and his fault i think the commercial is trying to say that all this could have been avoided if all 3 of those groups handled the situation with care or something idk..

  • That's right..............blame the company for your screw up.I think the message should be that people need to be more careful in what they are doing. That guy was driving the forklift like a jerk.

  • "Call 911 hes got an iron bar up his ass!!"

  • Thats what you get when you cant drive IDIOT!!!

  • I think that punk bitch should learn to drive.

  • errr i think a good place to start would be to get a proper forklift with a roof :/

  • R is for reverse.

  • lol

  • watch where you drive homie!

  • As soon as he stood up, it should have gone:

"OH FUCK, THE ZOMBIES ARE BACK GET THE GUN! I TOLD THEM TO STOP STORING THAT CHEMICAL UP THERE!"

  • Lmao! Nice!!!

  • because a wizard did it

  • lol

  • So funny

  • ambulance? more like call the funeral home.

  • Accident?...more like a purpose.

  • ROFLCOPTER

  • holy crap what the hell

  • I think the problem with this advertising campaign is the message. It's clearly saying that accidents never happen, its either your fault or your managers. In other words, the message is, we will do nothing for you, make sure you prevent it.

  • This is the scary thing about Canadians...they look just like everyone else. They look so normal you'd never know that they are really Canadians. It's scary because it makes you wonder if one of the people in your life whom you trust is a normal person is actually a Canadian, and you just don't know any better. Very sad.

  • what the hell are you talking about?

  • LOL

  • nice back up job: full-tilt-no-look right into the shelf!

  • nice..

  • it really awful when people make jokes about video like this. it wont be so funny when it happen to them

  • yes it will.

  • Yeah, so why do they have to reenact it? For us to look at and say "That's awful"? We know this shit happens. There's no other reason to show it on TV. I think the real awful thing is this advertising campaign.

  • One thing to "know" of something be hearing about it and reading stats - another thing to visually see it and feel it.

  • So the entire country has to see horrific violence so we can stop living in ignorance of... work related accidents?

Whats next? A house burning down with the children inside graphically burning so we know to keep candles away from furniture? Or how about a police officer being shot by a murderer on the run? I mean, we NEVER see those things... we just read about the "stats".

Seriously. This is tasteless and awful.

  • Actually.... in Canada we have one ad of a police officer getting hit by a drunk driver. You see him get hit, very graphic, and it sends a point. I think what you're upset about is violence in general being displayed on TV, to which I can't really say anything. There's violence on TV, well... everywhere media wise, so why not use it for some good? Granted, if it's shown on your kids cartoon programs, than I see your point, but other than that I'm sticking to my guns on this one.

  • (not sure if my other comment got posted, but Ill say it again in case)

I am Canadian, actually, and I've seen the police one. I'm not as against that one as I am against these, because that one deals with something that we all generally face; drunk driving. However, these specific worker safety videos are things that would be more suited to specific people as opposed to all of us due to their graphic topics

Also, why are all my comments getting negative ratings, but people laughing are A OK?

  • im canadian too, but i agree with these commercials, as gruesome as they are. the point is to be safe at work no matter who you are.

as to your ratings o well and sometimes the guy that rockets himself into the shelf and gets impaled is sort of funny...sort of.

  • The most sick is the Cheif one

  • Yes, yes it is.

  • WSIB: When Stupidity Is Blameless.

Hey, Jim, how the hell do you acquire a Class 4 operator license driving like that?

    And if you're gonna stick-it to your boss about safety protocol, could you at least wear your helmet in the hard hat area. }:^}

  • The company is completely at fault here, that's what you get for hiring a forklift operator who drives like a woman.

  • sexist pig

  • that was more funny than dramatic! gEEZ!

  • That would be awesome if i live through that

  • wow... this lol... just sorta reminds me of dawn of the dead. haha

  • oops..that's a big bowl of wrong

  • how relistic hes got fucking pipes sticking out of him and he just gets up and starts talking at random

  • LOL...looks like somebody completely missed the point.
