Private businesses should, yes, should be able to discriminate based on anything but if a contract is drafted and signed and they renig, they are breaking the law.

I refuse to believe the Abrahamic God or any god, creator, deity without evidence but I also reject the entire universe was condensed into an atom sized ball having infinite density and infinite temperature.

@amindbody but do you think they are equivalent?. scientists observe our universe expanding which suggests it was smaller in the past. If the big bang model is correct we would expect to see an after glow in the microwave band and we have (see penzias and wilson) and that model is consistent with a low entropy beginning (all the known laws of physics) Doesn't make it true but surely it has some merit unlike the fables of religion.
