welllllll (speaking as a DC comics expert) the Robin in Teen Titans was revealed as Dick Grayson (obvoiusly) due to several accounts in the show and plus he's the only robin to be in love with Starfire and in the comics according to his profile in my DC Comics Encyclopedia it states that for sure his eyes are BLUE
