la palabra es Enfermo... y enrealidad la canción dice tanto..." tu sexo está que arde" o "tu sexo es ardiente". pero no sé de donde sacaron eso jejeje en todo caso.. Enfermo en inglés se pronuncia algo así.: "anfarmo" pero, de todas maneras es un buen cover! bravo !:P
