Very few scientists have confidence in Carbon dating accurately predicting length of time spent on the planet past 50,000 years old. Carbon dating is only applied independently in reference to any sort of dating process. The variables have to be measured carefully and in perfect equilibrium. Which is not so with the Earth.

He was harshly critical of Young Earth Creationist and spoke out against teaching "creation science" in the classroom. Sarah Palin's executive experience in dealing with the Oil companies requires blunt and honest interaction with the Oil executives. Unlike Pres. Obama, she is not demonizing the oil companies. Rather, like any good Chief Executive during a crisis, she is demanding accountable and performance from all parties--government and the oil companies.

Very few scientists have confidence in Carbon dating accurately predicting length of time spent on the planet past 50,000 years old. Carbon dating is only applied independently in reference to any sort of dating process. The variables have to be measured carefully and in perfect equilibrium. Which is not so with the Earth.

@unameitltd no, the sun produces a lot of power we never get contact with on the surface because some of it is in a format so dangerous it would melt our flesh and irradiate our machines. It is unusable like that. We get what the atmosphere & magnetosphere lets in and the only way to collect it all is to deny the needed heat and light to plants and oceans. It's not going to work. The population is simply too much: the reduction is what's going to happen. Big time.
