  • Three dislikes.....hmmm Who'd make something like that?

    1) Was Einstein

    2) Was the Pope

    3) Some western classical philosopher

  • if everything is information, then intellectual property law is redundant.

  • i would marry that quantum girl! :P

  • Whether or not true randomness really exists is a very interesting question. Simply because we observe what appears to be randomness (as in we can't predict the system's behavior), we cannot conclude that the underlying reality is non-deterministic. We can only say "it looks random to us". At least that's my attempt at thinking about it; I only have a very shallow knowledge of QM.

  • This is very interesting part, at 11:40 - that quantum reality pushes all the time fresh information into our reality which cannot be explained by anything because it is truly genuine. Quantum reality is just amazing ...

  • Science is looking how stuff works but ignores ultimate purpose and that's very bad because it can lead big errors.

Interesting thing is intuition - inborn knowledge. Every thought is based on intuition. Science uses both intuition and logic. Both constitute understanding of world and both are INFORMATION.

  • He's here at NUS!

  • The idea that the universe is composed of information solves a lot of problems with the dualistic view of the universe - the idea that there is something called matter & something called mind neither of which stand up to analysis.

Mind & matter are just two sides of the same informational coin.

Matter is mind seen from the outside & mind is matter seen from the inside.

We are made of information & everything around us is made of information.

This explains the paradox of certain quantum m

  • yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes,

  • Jesus is future king of earth, repent for his judgement comes. Jesus loves you

  • @bass109 i just imagine you stamping peoples' foreheads with that.

  • the idea of information imply's an informer and informed. a source of the stuff which is information and for the information to be , it needs a receiver which implicates the informer had to make a system/mechanism of reception....ego.reality ls there has to be a place to observe information as it is. not second hand from the senses or the mind , no where else in this information field of what is can we see a questioning of what is. making what is a human being the real microscope to reality.

  • Not only do I find this fascinating, I find it truly well founded. I've written about this very hypothesis back in 1990 in my post-graduate thesis. I focused on the social aspect of application of this theory. Now I've uploaded the old draft for my book to the Amazon Kindle Store. For those interested, the relevant portion is in Chapter 3 of the ebook entitle Integral Protection of Intellectual Property.

  • We are Consciousness, and Consciousness is a nonphysical digital information system. You may enjoy the work of Tom Campbell in his book, My Big TOE. His channel here is twcjr44.

  • If everythings like a computer, would it be possible to then hack reality , and alter the laws of physics.?

  • Yep. I believe it's true, you can hack reality through words and the emotion behind the words, focused intent and absolute conviction...Hitler was trained in this manner.

Also the mainstream media has a nack for the hack.

  • Only if the matrix was written by Microsoft.

  • @Eizbaers That's what science is trying to do.

  • @Eizbaers All you have to do is create an "information gateway" (or tool) that affects the world in the desired way, and you have a hack. Our ability to hack the system (through science and technology) has been improving exponentially, especially in the last 30 years. Look in front of you. You are rewriting the laws by just reading this. Skip the internet for a minute and look at the words you are reading. HACK. Imagine explaining writing to someone who has never seen it before. Now add the net.

  • @Eizbaers If the reality is like a computer at least the computer would not be classical, it would be a *quantum* computer. And for that kind of computer some "hacks" would just be impossible.

  • @Eizbaers i think the laws are what store the information itself, which is what you'd be hacking

  • @Eizbaers Yes, use drugs to do that :)

  • This hurts brain... so good.
