ok, we're not as advanced as this at my workplace, far from it. We still hae buttons, grey and black, occasionally white screens that flicker badly (and they're lcd) where you need a managers key to do just about anything. My till is covered in ground coffee and wont come out :( but it still works, sorta, most of the buttons have faded and it has cardboard stuck to the keyboard, far rom advanced. I think it would probably blow up if this happened to it!

Our Aloha system at my restaurant has those same Radiant terminals , and they really are the highest quality touchscreen computers you can find. Mine have gone through hell worse than the video and are still operating just fine.
