I love this breed. My GF's Rex is going to be 2 years old now and he never ceases to amaze me. He has got a new game now with his toys, he throws them up in the air and then jumps and catches it, then you hear him land. He has figures out how to open cabinet doors where the cat food was being kept,so the monster got into that. Love this cat.

Can somebody tell me how people with cat allergies react to this cat? I'm allergic but want a cat so bad, so I looking for a good breed. And do they like snuggling? Cause I also want a cat to snuggle with, of course they are playful but do they like that too?

Devon Rex LOVE to snuggle!!!!!! Theyre also very playful. My family and I are considering getting one... Im absolutely in love!

Devons are worth every penny. They are low maintenance, clean, vocal, active, and incredibly brilliant, and don't noticeably shed. There are plenty of cats in our family, but no one talks about my Devon like a cat-- we all consider her a little person. Seriously, if you are cat shopping, go Devon.

She named him Pixar after the animation studio. When I see him, I call him Pixar the wonder cat.

I live above a Devon Rex farm, they're amazingly diverse both in fur color and facial features. They tend to be a bit shy though, if they don't know you they'll curiously watch you fro ma distance at first. In my case all 10+ of them hehe.
