I don't believe he invented the telephone. He was either a founder or a secretary of Eugenic Society. At that time, eugenicists believed Italians among others were inferior people. I believe he was embarrassed that an Italian man invented the telephone, so he had to steal his invention as he was a wealthy and powerful man. He was leading in repressing American Sign Language and opposing Deaf to Deaf marriage. Today, AGB Assoc. is powerful and still active in oppressing us.
