I just wanted to put out there that when I was starting high school, I had 2 best friends. One of them decided to replace me in our trio with a new girl who had just moved to the state. She was so awful she tried to turn our other friend against me while they embraced the new girl. I was so depressed, not even jealous. Adolescence is a b$%#. :(
Please don't worry, be happy. If your happy no matter what others think - like a magnet they will be attracted 2 you. As a beautiful intelligent sentient humanBeingHuman with conciousness from past experience, you'll find all emotions derive from Fear&Desire. Jealousy is fear & desire & the conflict within a concious mind searching for solutions. I'm sure you have a wonderful smile... Research Karl Jung on uTube... The enlightened mind will always bring smiles, just because...xoxoxo.. ; ) .
Very good rational reflection!! I have the same problem. I can just see someone in public who I feel is superior to me and immediately the irrational thoughts just snowball. But you're right, we're different, special people who have our own intrinsic goodness. Once we stop comparing ourselves to others and start reminding ourselves that even though that feeling of inferiority may FEEL bad, it's totally ludicrous and irrational - because we ARE just as good and we ARE just as capable!
I get jealous when I see everything just fall into a persons lap. Life just works out for them despite not being kind people and not really having to work hard for it. But your are correct again. 6 billion people and 80 percent live off less than 2 bucks a day. We always focus on the ones that have more and not notice that majority of people have less than you.
I'm guilty of this because there was a job position I wanted but this jerk you have been in the job for 1 year got it instead of me who been there longer. So Jealousy comes in all different experience. Look back on it and say just be glad you have work at least and getting paid for the BS.
amazing video, keep up the good work

You do understand you are stunningly beautiful don't you?
Just serves to demonstrate what a manipulative thing S.A.D. can be.
