I THINK YOUR WRONG! Brand of golfball when practicing IS important! If your practicing with a Slazenger ball, you will get the right motion in your fingers, whilst you will not achieve this with a Callaway. You really don't know your balls dude.

I pretty much throw my egg on the counter and then peel the shell off.

When I crack my eggs, I hit it on the counter hard enough that about half the eggshell is completely shattered. Whenever I help my mom cooking, she goes crazy, screaming at me that I'll get the shell in the food, and I never do.

I threw a bad egg in the sink once and it literally popped out of the shell. I did it at an angle that sent it flying out the top without even breaking the yolk. 'Twas amazing!

Eh, don't worry too much about it. Two things: He's holding the egg so that we can see the process - when actually doing this, you'll barely touch the egg... after all, it's darn near impossible to crack an egg without some winding up on your hand anyway. More importantly, he's gonna cook the thing! If you're eating an egg that undercooked, you've already got germ worries that have nothing to do with the chef.

are there, and i am not trying to sound like a jerk, are there really people who cannot crack an egg w/ one hand? you don't get egg on your hand... you hold it by the edges, actually he's not even really good at it, the way i do it the only egg is in the pan...you don't need your middle finger under the egg, you can split it w/ force... you use the thumb to push up on the top of the egg... see what i mean? sorta just crack the top off... wheres my camera....

If you get skilled at it, no egg touches your hand. I learned how to do it a while before I seen this video, and it's really not hard. You don't HAVE to go as slow as he's showing you, but you also have to keep pressure in mind.

don't crack it on the bowl, crack it on the side of the table/board or a flat surface. cracking on the bowl gives a higher chance of getting egg shells in it.

I put the very top of the egg between my index and middle fingers and use my thumb and index finger to seperate the bottom and top. I do it this way because I don't get the egg on my fingers, but sometimes I will put to much pressure inwards and the whole thing will explode in my hands(never good)
