Clint, What a great resource to help grow a business, and make it easier to get started -- a source of quality leads on demand. It is great to be finally be able to get started in business without having to learn to be a marketing expert first!. The way I understand the compensation plan, the leader of the a team makes a vast majority of the money. It is based on how many you recruit. So, if you have a team of 1000, you earn from your 1000 and everyone they recruit etc. The average person recruits 2.5 people with most unable to recruit anyone.
If you can not recruit in large numbers you will not earn much in this system!
