I wouldn't recommend this book at all -- it's CRAP! If you want to feel like a miserable expletive, then I would recommend reading this book. However, if you don't want to feel this way, I would recommend reading What Color Is Your Parachute? At least that book helps you to determine what you LIKE doing and helps you to avoid the awful methods that are given in Yates' book such as cold calling and brownnosing during a job interview for a job that you really don't want to do anyway.
