thats the whole point! its kind of a prank! she's part of a brazilian tv show called Panico na TV, and they prank everyone! She interviewed Ashton Kutcher as well.. the joke is that she can't say a word in english, but she's all hot and slutty and stuff..

At first I thought it was kindda degrading, especially for brazilian women... but i got used to it.. and now i too think its funny! :)
