When you hit the ground with your reserve, you hit it hard? Do you brake any bones? this guy seemed all right...

When you do entering stall, pull both brakes even more, that will stabilise your falling and will stabilise glider, relese them both same time paraglider will start flying, but will want to run in front of you, DONT BRKE HIM in that moment, use your weight and only 20-30% of one brake to go into one side and you are out of stall.

Pulling the brakes will not work when twisted (braking can only make it worse); I think it would have been better to try to untwist by spreading the risers as soon as you were twisted.

Although that’s easy said sitting at my desk. ;o)

Good decision to pull the reserve in time, glad you are okay.

start the helico with weight in negative side, you put in this case your weight in positive, this is your error, and this error , create your incidence.
