  • @sai011 Free comic Day is very cool I like checking out books I've never read before and finding something new.

  • @DirectEdition1 Me too. I have been going to for a couple of years now.

  • London is a no fly zone?!?!?! I suppose I should be be reading/watching the news more often.

RE: Electric Ant LOVE LOVE LOVE, but the art is not too great which is UNFORTUNATE!!!

Fevre Dream.. is alright, but the dialogue doesn't compare to American Vampire... they don't have Snyder & King though which may be making ALL the difference in writing for me.

  • @mittenexpress You're right the writing is probably better than the art on Electric Ant and American Vampire is very good. Thanks for watching!

  • @DirectEdition1 You're welcome!! I' look forward to it every week! My favourite part of your review is actually the musical interlude :D (Drake whut!! CANADA baby!)

  • RIP GURU.

  • once again great show ,you are Lava proof ...

  • @bigdaddywynne5995 Like the Human Comic Reading Torch! Haw Haw!!

  • Thanks for turning me onto London Horror Comic. Looks good.

2000AD is what got me into comics, along with Heavy Metal and Savage Sword of Conan The Barbarian. I love anthology books, especially awesome Judge Dredd tales.

  • @GalacticGuardian You're welcome, I hope to get more anthologies into the show as they come up.

  • Thanks for the shout out! Ehehe! Rock on!

  • @GlennGerard You're very welcome, thank you for supporting the show!

  • Thanks for the shot out. Great work as usual.

  • @valderoph thank you, thank you, thank you you're far too kind!

  • Hate to post twice, but that cover of London Horror Comic reminded me a bit of Space Beaver, by Darick Robertson. One of my first purchased comics! (Next to TMNT #12.) Go old-school!

  • @joeleustice When a show's this nice you have to post twice!!! lol

  • hope to see some spiderman comics the nexr week

  • @radiak55 There is gonna be a hell of a lot of competition to get into the show next week. Will #Spider-Man make it? You'll have to wait and see!

  • Hell yeah All day baby!

  • i wasnt able to get new mutants 12 or x-men legacy 235 because of the delay but great show man

  • @liamperrylloyd be sure to save your pennies for next week that double delivery is gonna be a wallet buster.

  • Another great episode. Love your show!

  • @SpyengoEen Thank you, be sure to tell everyone you know! lol

  • I'm going to ask my local comic store to order some 2000 ad's..I love Judge Dredd, the one with Judge Death is one of my alltime favourites.. ..I got it in trade but its in black/white..and Im looking for the story in color..Do you know which title/issue its in ? I enjoyed your show as always Lyare. Thank you.

  • @hackslash2020 I think the original Judge Death stories were quite early 2000AD and so will have been black and white. Later stuff from the Judge Dredd Megazine and the Batman crossover were in colour. The wikipedia entry on Judge Death is pretty good check that for more exact details of his appreances.

  • @DirectEdition1

thanks for the help. Didnt think of that. I looked but I think the colored issue wasnt mentioned on wikipedia. I know there is a dutch translated Judge Dredd comic with that story. I think I have to pick up that one if I can find it. I would have liked the english version but maybe it wasnt published in color in the UK.

  • RIP GURU!

  • @GAMEMENTOR For real!

  • Commitment man! I picked up the Unwritten Vol.1 trade paperback to tide me over this week. Do you read "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?" Iyare? Or have you read the book? Philip K. Dick is probably my favourite author.

  • @CSTATB I read the book years ago but I've missed the comic. Looking at my book shelves I'd have to say that Terry Pratchett is probably my favourite author.
