Bras don't take up much material though, so the difference shouldn't be much, or the cost can be averaged throughout the range.

Well, the bra comparison in the video is not really good. The really big bras like I wear have wider straps, more reinforcing and usually have 3 or even 4 hooks instead of the usual 2. They have probably twice as much material, bigger under wires and because they are designed to encompass the fuller, protruding breast, have more darts and are more difficult to construct. At Fredericks of Hollywood, the larger bras cost the same though and they have a special price if you buy two.
