When comparing this and Gaga, keep in mind; we have two entirley different styles of music. My honest thoughts, Daughtry & Gaga performing this together. I totally love this version of the song. It's good in a different way to Lady GaGa's version - there's something really quite emotive about this version as opposed to hers.
Great cover - it really has feeling.

I think this would be a lot better if he wasn't the one singing. I'm just not a fan of his voice. The guitar is a nice touch though.

Oh my God I hate this song.... but he has changed this!!! O_O His nickname should be King Midas. He can turn even the shittiest songs in the world into gold cuz his voice is that frikkin good. I'd love to hear him do Tik Tok by Kesha. xD Then maybe my ears wouldn't bleed every time that thing comes on the radio.

Im a huge fan of this version, but can I recommend just one thing to the open minded haters? Just allow yourself to look up some of HER acoustic live versions...there is a great version of this in Japan. Honestly, she is quite talented. But if you wont bother with it, then, hey enjoy your Daughtry....this is good too :).

@Banger I'm not a fan of her intuition. Her style is like a musical yo-yo in her performances (yes I spun Simon); She belts out with talent in parts, and then she completely tones down. That's like breaking glasses inbetween musical phrases while you're playing a water/glass harp.

@Banger A good singer, yes, Lady Gaga is talented. But as an artist? I've always found her repetitive and annoying. Like, "Let's be weird just to be weird and have people think I'm original because of it." I just can't seem to get anything new or really impressive out of her work. :/ But she DOES have the voice. In that, you are correct.
