btw i don't know if the word "yoghurt" comes from the turkish language (I think it does) but it's used by many languages like english or german and it means a substance made from milk under the influence of Lactobacillus delbrueckii subspecies bulgaricus. It's a dairy product produced by bacterial fermentation of milk and it's originally bulgarian.

So the word Yoghurt is multifunctional, which comes from turkish, but the substance Yoghurt is bulgarian- a.k.a кисело мляко :)
