@apexcctv well it looks like they released 8.3.3 version that supports windows 7, kinda glitchy but it works, tested last week. added support for like milliions of ip cameras :p
Awesome Video. Youtube can be a great asset for you. If you need any help getting your video exposed check out this site called sl8t.(com) It has really done wonders for me, I have built 3 channels up with videos at top in position, this is my forth channel I'm going to working on now.

any hint on how to view geovision version 7 with windows vista or internet explorer 8?

Vista wasn't officially supported until version 8.12.
We haven't had a reason to try 7 on a Vista machine, so we aren't aware of any work-arounds that might allow you to do so.
I would suggest contacting GeoVision via their live chat to see if there might be something that can be done: usavisionsys(dot)com/support
