okay, first of all it has nothing to do with where the catcher catches it or where the batter moves, if even a sliver of the ball goes over the plate it's a strike. second of all this is obviously little league where the strike zone is muchhhhh bigger. Third you shouldn't criticize because it is alot harder to umpire than you would think.

it was a strike cuz he stepped outta the batters box if he stays in he is either hit by a pitch or a ball look carefully and u will c his foot out of the line
