If MMA had been worth it's weight in sand back in 1999/2000, Kurt's career path would probably be much different. He probably would have become an extreme fighter rather than a pro-wrestler. He wouldn't be the house-hold name that he is now, but he probably would have given MMA a more mainstream image.

Kurt doesn't have time to build a well rounded MMA game, he'd just be coming in as a wrestler, I imagine he could still have a ton of success given his credentials but he'd never be a complete fighter. On the other hand Randy has shown that a solid wrestler can have longevity in the sport because their technique is less reflex based than a striker. I hope Kurt makes the move sooner rather than later.
