actually you're the noob. youtube put a filter on view counters because of things like this.. they caught up with the tricks, its not that it just doesnt refresh but every so often.. if youtube sees you're gettin tons of views in like 1 hour they filter it and stop ur count.. soo yeah learn more then call other people noobs
