First of all, Mohammad came over 700 years after the bible so he was confirming the bible, not the other way around. Muslims do not believe that Jesus was God in flesh but merely a prophet. The bible does not say to kill non-believers in that passage. It says to kill those that try to get us to worship other gods besides the true God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. D13:10 'Stone him to death, because he tried to turn you away from the Lord your God.' That could be interpreted as killing muslims, since they try to turn us away from the true God to worship allah.
