Yep this was in philly i was there too!! He does always make the audience feel special even the ones like me all the way sitting up top at the roof LoL He has that way about him =)

jovifanalways is right, it was Philly, March 2nd.. Jon's Birthday, I was there. Section 5, right near where this took place. From what I can tell by the fc message board, she's a nice girl and very well deserving of this moment! So happy for her! :-)
