i have 2 chihuahuas miself, and i can only imagine how losing a family member like that feels.

and ther are certain laws depending on wer you live about this sort of issue, so by any means, u should look into it.

Id like to tell you about it..and i have been looking for a way to help stop puppy mills.but i cant seem to find one..i might start my own charity ..is it that simple?

wow, sorry for the late reply, but i actually have no clue about starting charities.

id recommend going to ur local humane society or animal hospital wherwe they would have more experience on answering ur question, and even recommending some charities you can volunteer or donate to.
