SSBB How to beat Meta Knight's Tornado as Captain Falcon {HD}

i really need a way to beat the nado with Pit and Ike, my cousin just spams that move and he must be held accountable. i usually just take the abuse then dodge b4 the next one comes. then when i get enough distance i'll hit his ass with an Aether or well-placed-item, but i need to know how to shut it down so he'll go back to Luigi, who, is no match for either of my troops...
