as a operator myself i understand where youre comming from it been some time since i sat in the chair and yes it is just a job to most but there a thows of us who take pride in our work and do that little bit extra like turnaround clean ups which make it all worth while and easy for the skiers the next day. We seldom get thanks for working threw the night and all the anti social hours. to View your videos gives them (The skiers)insight into the life and work of us the operators.

I think its because you film or capture what others dont normally see. As an operator it is probably just a job to you now but to those enthusiasts or ones who cant get in the seat, its the next best thing! We appreciate the access given by most operators though! Nice vids as usual Spongii.

i am an operator and i dont mind them coming on the hill as long as they dont get in my way while im doing wrk its fine

i also like it cuz it shows the people how much wrk that goes into the hills at night so they are at perfect condishon in the morning for them

Yeah that's right, too. I hear sometimes people saying " The slopes today were really big shit ..." And with such videos like the mine ones, they see how much work there is gone into the hills, and so they respect the work from the operators more.

i dont get why people would follow us up mountains just to take videos i mean i have nothing against it but why not just video when we work lower to the base wouldnt that be easier nice video though

So, all the places where I took this videos are really close to the hotel where I stayed, I also could have taken these videos from my hotel room, but then the quality wasn't so good ...

The operators know who I am, they know me well, and I always take care of not getting in their way.
