wow. this is by far the best 96000 ive seen highschoolers do. there was another troupe that did this piece in the district rep showcase at state in 2009 and they werent half as good as you guys.

it sounds very sloppy in the end when everyone sings together and the harmonies are out of tune. the choreo isnt bad but for this show/song it really doesn't fit. and a lot of the song was flat. and the acting wasnt as strong as it could be.

No, you're right. We had to pick up the tempo because the rules state the piece cannot exceed 5 minutes.

That's the thing, the rules also state that you cannot cut music. Personally, I think it sounds better fast. It still worked.

WOW..hah. im at loss of words. by far the best performance of 96,00 outside of broadway. any negative comments are out of pure jelousy. the girl playing Vanessa's role definately has a strong voice and should persue either singing or performing of some sort. great job, seriously. mad respect.

The "Ohhhhhhhh" at 3:16 is supposed to be sampled, and part of the karaoke track (during the "Philly scratch" bit after "youngest tycoon in Washington Hiznits"), but nice job of including that in this version.

All I gotta say is that, we didn't cut or add anything to this song. It was original just like how its performed in the Broadway production. Staright Superiors! States! As long as we show our months of sweat and tears. I love my troupe <3
