104 days? OMG GOOD JOB! and yeah I understand what you're going through. Talking to people without trichotillomania helps though. I have the exact same bald patch. It's bigger but it's in the same area but i have to wear a ponytail to hide it. My family tells me the smae things. I cried on the day of winter formal because i couldn't do my hair the way I wanted to and they simply said "you're still pulling your hair, you're doing this to yourself, just stop." :(
