i liked this game cuz of one thing Worlds Collide from the sponsors of Nintendo (Mario), Sega (Sonic), and my favorite Sony (Snake). i wish they could have added that character from Halo that you gotta be, now that would be f'n awesome, Sega vs. Nintendo vs. Sony vs. Xbox badass!

what i think is do monthly updates with the wii on the wii shop so when you get an update more characters, stages, graphics etc. get added and you dont need to bother with a new game

GC controller is the only way to play brawl, it's confortable,fast in gameplay, has just enough easily accesible buttons for a fighting game and fits the hand more confortably and naturally than any other game controller, especiall the playstation one

Personally I feel like that will have me thinking I'm playing Melee. I want to feel like I'm playing the newest version on the newest system (wii). I'm buying my wii/smash brawl tomorrow and I think I'm gonna try playing with the remote and nunchuck. Playing with the remote alone seems kind of silly to me

meh, the remote/nunchuk combo never worked for me, the controls aren't really made for this kind of game, they confused me at first then they were just uncomfortable

if you have a gamecube controller, use that. that is the only BEST chioce you have, since you will use the original controller for the game.

ARE YOU FREAKING SERIOUS A SHORTER SUBSPACE!!!!!!! I already thought it was to short. I finished all challanges in just 2 months. I beat the whole freaking Subspace in Intense mode with a Game Over. and the Subspace only took me about 8 hours to finish. If you don't belive me. I will challange you in SSB. Heres my freind code: 3610-1295-8507. I try to play SSBB every day. Im ussaly online during 4:00-9:00 Western in time in USA. Let me remind you ive been playing SSB for 10 years now. Good Luck.

i hate when people say that.there is absolutely no duplicaset in brawl .every character has there own unique speed, damage, damage resistence, and move sets. the only duplicate is the game is link/toonlink final smash and zelda/shiek final smash

falco and fox, annnddd wolf, their final smashes are all the same, even if it is a diff colour = P also, lucas and ness

@lionman0123 Lucas and Ness's playstyles are pretty different, there specials and there normal attacks are dif. The only resemblance is there looks/height/weight/and there ^B.

Individual adventures for each character with story ties, including run-ins with enemies from their franchise- back to Melee Adventure Mode but evolved.

Plus cutscenes that intertwine that can be worthy of a PLAY ALL.

Nope I can think of PLENTY for number 4.

Try making this game canon for EVERY character in the game, making tandem battles like Ice Climbers, giving them exclusive partners, making the stage editor like Littlebigplanet Nintendo style (that would pwn!), making the next installment truly online with additional characters over time, and variations of almost every character to play each with distinct differences like Link and Toon Link.

Subspace emissary is good but i do agree with the length issue. TOO MANY DOORS! cut scenes are amazing for the wii and multiplayer and online makes the game. Also great character roster! 9/10

Really good review but I don't agree about what you said about the subspace emesary, I found it one of the really fun aspects of the game and I think it feels great mixing fighting elements into a platforming style.

Great review but why everybody have problem with emesary... its just a fine platform game with amazing CGI. and i dont agree with the statement previews games had better adventure, i dont think so melle didnt have something like that but the game is 100% better that melee =) thats they only i dont agree =)
