I watched Color of the Cross today for the first time. My only criticism is about the production itself: the crucifixion scene was just dropped on us like time was running out. I would have loved to see a little more leading into that final scene. In all, what an awesome movie. I am making it a point to buy it for every christian I know this Xmas season!
@omegamegazord22 Ummmmm what makes you believe that?? How can he be an arab if he wasn't born from arabs?? Do you even know the history of the Tribes of Israel and which Tribe Christ came from??
Amos chapter 9 Verse 7:ARE YOU NOT AS CHILDREN OF THE ETHIOPIANS UNTO ME, O CHILDREN OF ISRAEL?"...
In this Verse, the Israelites are being called children of the Ethiopians by the Most High. The Ethiopians are a known black people, and the Most High is calling Israel their children. How much sense would it make to call a white skinned people, CHILDREN OF THE ETHIOPIANS?
This verse does not say,
"ARE YOU NOT AS CHILDREN OF THE ROMANS / GREEKS / GENTILES UNTO ME O CHILDREN OF ISRAEL?"
"OUR SKIN WAS BLACK LIKE AN OVEN BECAUSE OF THE TERRIBLE FAMINE."
Notice, it says here that the Hebrews' skin was black like an oven or charcoal black, because of the famine.
When brown or black skinned people don't eat for a long period of time or get sick, they get darker. When white or lighter skinned people get sick or don't eat, they turn pale. In this verse of Lamentations, the prophet, Jeremiah clearly was describing a black skinned-people.
This is a very compelling subject. I love that this director has taken on such a controversial subject and told the story with a truth that might not be poplular lore but probably the actual historical fact. So, bravo for stretching our world and thoughts.
Go Cousin!!!!!! I am so excited and can't wait for this project to be complete! Looks like this is going to be great! Do your thing boy! ~Cousin A.J.H

You are in denial as a Khazar. There was no such thing called Middle east in ancient times. but nice try.
