Inshallaha nothing will happen, Geo is anti Pakistan and spread panic in country, so brothers don't worry, its a huge mountain which has fallen in between mountains, and inshallah all the stored water will be drained easily, there are lots of big stones and solid rocks in this fallen mountain which is not possible to remove by this much water, so just wait inshallah it will be fine soon
Why cant they layout some pipe to siphon off the water across the blocked portion while they dig ? why not carve some small stream while they make a big channel ? An IMMEDIATE short term solution is needed with a long term solution ?
Probably because of disposable finances.
