  • don't give up! this clip is a very advanced one. look at some of the earlier weekly cardio clips - you'll get sucked in like the rest of us!

  • Just start with what you can do...I have to always give you clips for you to work on...the moves are here to challenge. Once you perfect them..you will see a change in your body...guaranteed!

Nursing school this semester has put a stop to my regular workout routine, which has caused me to gain ALL my weight back. I'm determined to get back in the game after finals this week and next week, and lose 30-50 lbs before August 24th. I will MOST DEF be putting your YOUTUBE channel to work my friend. I want my hour glass back, and a 6 pack.

  • phew! I got off to a late start this morning cause its my day off and I slept in a bit, then went to get a haircut. So I started this at about 9:30 am. This will be my muscle workout for today. Gonna do the navy seals around 1:00 and then week 6 cardio tonight.

    I'm pretty spent haha. That was a surprisingly intense 8.5 minutes. I omited the plyo pushup parts this time, and just did three regulars instead, since my arms were just too tired haha. But I can handle this, so that is good.

  • "This is too easy for me..." should be your inner mantra when you are training with me...:)

  • I have been using body weight only exercises for some time now and you have some great exercises here. I really enjoyed the one legged work. I am a big fan of one leg and one arm workouts, they work the heck out of your core. Burpee variations also offer endless possibilities for workouts. Keep up the videos!

  • yeah the socks actually make the workout more tough...trying to keep the traction causes the core to work even more...great to get the heart rate up and turn this seemingly anaerobic workout into a semi-aerobic workout too...thanks for noticing that detail...:)

  • I am very impressed. I tried this routine, and once I got the "steps" down I could definitely feel the burn. I am going to try it again sometime because I couldn't complete the routine on my first try.

    If I wasn't camera shy I would tape my farm style workouts.

  • wow! crazy! i've tried similar moves individually and way slower before... and they are HARD! it's going to be awhile before i can get to this! but it's a great goal to work up to! you two are amazing!

  • Hi, Yes it takes a while to work up to...but the good thing is ...as you do the other workout clips I have made...these moves all become so much easier. I develop strength in the weakest areas of your body. Building strength around the joints is the secret. Don't be a stranger here!

  • I love this video. You guys look so energetic. I hope than when I began to come down in weight I can do these to. But for now I have a long way to go. My husband would probably love doing these though seeing how he's more consistent with his workouts than I am. He even has our daughter on video working out with him doing some self defense.   • If you want a killer body...do this workout 3-4 times through 10-16 reps...and do it 3-4 times a week if you are not too sore! Keep me posted...video log your progress if you can!!~ahmad
